| biggerthanhair.blogspot.com December 2011 was when the weave came out and the natural growth and care journey began (AGAIN) for me. Since December I had not flat ironed my hair. I wanted to do the no heat thing. Well, I got over that quick. As with most naturals, I'm seeking length and my hair is actually a pretty nice length when stretched so my philosophy is to flat iron it after washing each time for a couple of months and see how it does with stretching the curl. This was the first twist out I did after letting the flat ironed hair chill for about 4 days. I loved the look, shrinkage was minimal and the shine was right on time. Ill be doing this once again this weekend. Ill be sure to post the results. |
